About the Event
Join Jasmine and Patrick for a Funday before your SEA exam. Â We want to entertain you through a MAP of Music, Mindfulness, Art, Poetry and Puppetry. Â
All we require of you is to have lots of paper, a pencil, paint, color pencils, crayons or markers and we will help your child do the rest.Â
Safety precautions will also be illustrated to help kids become acquainted with what is expected of them.Â
It is extremely important for students to benefit from De-stressors before their exams rather than after their exams so that they can perform their best.
Benefits of a De-stressor before the SEA exam:Â
1. It helps students gain a CALM and Positive mind-frame that will help them enter their exam free of test anxiety and any pressure.
2. It helps relieve the built-up stress from the intense preparations of the exam such as additional lessons, longer hours in school and regular mock exams.
3. It empowers students to have a balance between their mental wellness and academic achievement.
4. It equips students with confidence as they enter their exam with a clear mind so they can easily recall information in order to finish their exam in a timely manner.
5. It builds students' emotional resilience so they can effectively COPE with the exam questions and settings on the day.
