About the Event
My Mental Health Matters is hosted by the UWI Chapter of the Survival Scholars Society Executive members.
Oftentimes, students' mental health and wellbeing are overlooked as they sometimes unconsciously sacrifice their mental health and wellbeing in the hope to achieve success along their academic journey. Â However, a healthy mind and wellbeing are necessary to strive and succeed along one's academic journey and we are having this forum to discuss and highlight the benefits for students to maintain their mental health along their school journey and how they can do this.Â
